Hello, my name is Victor Leung, and I am the owner of Beyond Transmissions and Auto Service. I purchased this company back in 2005 and I have been operating it as Rams Transmissions. In 2010 I renamed company Beyond Transmissions to let our customers know we are more than just transmissions.
I grew up in the Northwest Territories in a small town called Hay River. Growing up in a small town I rode dirt bikes and snowmobiles. At the age of 12, in my spare time I learned to work on my dirtbikes rebuilding the engines, replacing brakes, clutches all sorts of motorcycle repairs. My family owned a chinese restaurant (big surprise right?) and I grew up working in the restaurant as a waiter from the time I was in grade 5 until early college years, so I understand the importance of customer service.
In 1998 I attended SAIT and graduated in 2000 with Honors in the Automotive Service Technology program. In 1998 I started my apprenticeship at a small shop called McCall brake and Muffler. In 2000 I started working for Universal Ford Lincoln. I was there for 4 years until starting my own landscaping company in the summer months. In 2004 I started working at Sunridge Nissan and I was there for approx 2 winters, before purchasing this company in 2005.
Today I spend alot of my energy running my business. I am a very simple person and I live a very simple life. I am not greedy, I do not need the most expensive toys or fancy cars. I do my best to be generous with my staff and the people around me. I believe in giving a deal whenever I can. But most of all, I do the best that I can for all my customers in regards to service, quality and overall satisfaction.
